Was with them for 2 almost 3 years.... First truck I had on the policy the insurance rates were great... I dropped that one last year November 2022 added a F-250... insurance went up $100 no big deal... the first bill I got was $381.55 more than what I was paying I figured first of the year something must have changed.... sadly mistaken next bill due Feb 1st ******.... have you lost your mind????? I called to figure out what was going on and he told me he would call me back..... calls me back about 45 minutes later to tell me he has no idea why it has went up and there was no way he could change the outcome of it.... but if I payed it the next month would be back down to 400 STILL HIGHER THAN the 300 I'm supposed to be paying.... I called back to tell them I found a new insurance company and I wanted to talk to the person I talked to before... and the lady that answered the phone straight lied to my face and told me he was out even though a hour before this I was on the phone with him... What a great way to lose a customer... Fool me once, shame on you; Fool me twice it's not happening sorry not sorry I won't deal with scammers absolutely disgusting y'all make me sick. **** Update **** 6/10/2023 I just got a hit on my credit saying I owe Allstate 108 dollars. For what???? It just went into collections of something I never knew about now I have to figure this out if this is not disputed off my credit I canceled your policy I called and personally told yall to cancel it I OWE YOU NOTHING
