I took my motorcycle to Take 5 Oil Change for a State inspection. As the employee was doing the inspection for my motorcycle, he had told that he was going to do a brake test on my motorcycle. Then the employee proceeded to get on my motorcycle to check the weight of the motorcycle. He grabbed my keys and started my motorcycle because he said that he needed to test drive my motorcycle to make sure it would pass state inspection. He proceeded straight driving my motorcycle he tried to make a right turn out the back of the shop he couldnt make the turn which caused him to loose control and caused my motorcycle to fall and hit the pavement which caused damage on the left side of my motorcycle. The employee apologized and mentioned to me that it was the first time riding a motorcycle. After the incident he tried to bribe me with $20 and I refused and asked to speak to the manager. ****** stepped out and said they were not responsible for the damages they had done. So I decided to call the police to file a report of the incident. The police had mentioned to me that the police report would include insurance of the company. Police said that we were done so I went home. While I was driving home with my motorcycle I noticed it was not the same as before while driving so Im thinking its damaged somehow internally. The best resolution would be for the business to repair my motorcycle the way I brought it in. I wasnt expecting all that damage just for a state inspection.
