Horrible customer service. I payed $47 and some change for a 12 piece family meal 3 sides. Every side i asked for they were out of, so i had to get 3 of the same side. I asked the price for a single chicken breast, the lady told $1.29 i asked again to make sure that was for a chicken breast, she told me yes. So i added 4 chicken breast to the meal. I pay the $47, get the receipt and look at it and it says different from what i ordered but they kept saying it was the same price for the 4 extra breast so they charged me for this meal that was $4 over what the lady told me the guy keeps arguing that its right but the price isn't right and that why i am not happy i repeatedly asked the price and was charged more. My food was sitting getting cold when i had to wait on the manager who came to the window and asked me to pull to the front . she came outside still without my food to ask me what was going on and said she would give me $4 back for the price difference. I live 25 minutes away get home and the extra chicken i paid for is not in the bucket. And the chicken i did get was old chicken that had been cooked in old grease it tasted horrible. Will not be back to this location ever again. Do not recommend anyone else to either they rob you.
