            My order was placed November 14, 2022 and the total was $416.22 which half was paid on this date. The remaining total was placed on December 1, 2022. They were quick to send invoices but lagged in every response thereafter. I received my order incomplete. Missing from it was our sponsor name on the back of all the jerseys and two coaches shirts. I was assured this issue could be fixed. Tried to get it taken care of before the holidays but to no avail due to the business being closed till the new year. I had spoken with the owner **** before the holidays and asked for a return label so I could send our jerseys back for them to put the sponsor name on it. He said it usually takes about 24hrs for them to generate a label but he will take care of it. It was never sent and once they were back in the office I reached out and asked for the label a second time and was told just getting back in will check on it. Now there is no response to phone calls or messages. I need a refund on two coaches shirts and the personalization of our sponsor name because I will have to have a local company do it. It will cost $75 for the sponsor name to be put on and the coaches shirts were $42.75.

            The worst company I have ever had to deal with. The football and cheer uniforms, backpacks, and parent shirts have been been a nightmare! I personally placed my order on August 1, 2023 for parent cheer shirts. It is now September 28th and still no shirts. ****** with Versus only responds when I contact her first. She tells me oh they are coming this week, no now its this week. I asked for a refund and she ghosted me on that request. Our cheer sponsor finally got word that they found the cheer bags and other parent shirts just to be told they shirts are wrong ?? I cant, the customer service this place has needs to be retrained or they should look for a different position because they are ruining the company image.

            Its stated on our order forms anything ordered after July 15th could take 9 weeks or more. In our industry factories are jam packed with orders then we have international holiday shipping delays during the start of tackle football.

            2) We do not deal directly with this person as we only work with directors or in this case there Sponser. The shirt they got was a replica of what was in the store. Apparently she asked for a change. The sponser loved the shirts but was disappointing the wrong word was put on. The word was ******( Name of there town) vs Hawks ( Name of the team). As I stated the original shirt said ******. We at versus offered to remake for free or the keep the shirt and we give a 10% refund. The Sponsor said I understand we will get back to you sounds like a good solution.
