We hate to see any other unsuspecting homeowners go through the h*** that this builder has put us through.Dont let the rating, references and company motto fool you along with his unending lies and empty promises. If you think maybe Im just one angry customer, at the same time that he completely swindled us, he was being fired by two others and sued by one of them. Of which a restraining order also needed to be placed on him. Later on we found and spoke to 5 other distraught families that had the exact same story as us and also were forced to fire him! Every single step of the way something was messed up and had to be fixed. And was usually only found by us being diligent. There was absolutely ZERO oversight by *************************. The foundation was done wrong, the framers had to be fired, the electrical had to be redone, the plumbing redone, the outdoor painting redone, the courtyard grading redone, the doors and windows completely not what we ordered AND the incorrect amount- ALL of which were over very budget.He obviously under-bid to use us as an ATM, but had no intention of finishing our house.A draw for $20,700 was taken out for the windows and doors and a whole YEAR later he was forced to confess his ongoing lies. He NEVER ORDERED THEM. He obviously robs **** to pay *****. We later found out HE NEVER PAID THE INSURANCE required by the bank, which we had to also cover. We lost 100k on our house sale because it wasnt done when planned.We also later also found out after an inspection the complete horror of the full litany of issues that were hidden. As well as-DOORS FALLING OFF HIBGES. CONCRETE FALLING OFF WALLS. PENCILS AND CARDBOARD WERE USED AS WINDOW AND DOOR SPACERS! This ladies and gentlemen is the most abridged version of the pain he has caused in our lives to date
