We discovered our Jeep Wrangler had a coolant leak and a bolt was missing from the intake. We knew the bolt was missing because we found it on the frame. The dealership just rebuilt the motor in the Spring of 2023. After taking it into the Dealership we got the phone call it was ready. When we went to pick up the Jeep noticed that oil was leaking, the bolt did not get put back in, another bolt was missing, and the Jeep would not run. After talking with the Service advisor he said they were going to keep the jeep and look into the issues. The jeep was ready for pick up again and everything was fixed. We checked out the Jeep and everything seemed to be fine and the bolts were back where they should be. We drove it for a few days to find out it was still leaking coolant. This time they replaced the water pump. Once getting home we find out that the coolant is empty and the radiator is leaking. We talked to the dealership and they asked us to take it back in. Everything had been covered under warranty until this time they wanted to charge us. Went to talk to the service manager but he could no longer help so we went to the general manager. The manager then stated we should not have continued to bring our Jeep to them to fix it. We explained we came in for one issue and that each time another one happened. The manager then said that you need to take it somewhere else. The service manager and general manager are recently hired. The service manager was helpful in the beginning until we took it back the last time. They do not know how to repair vehicles without breaking something in the process. We even reached out to the main person over the dealership that is in *********. They seemed helpful in the beginning and then there was no more communication or help. It is really sad to have a dealership tell you that you should take your vehicle elsewhere to get worked on and they continue to break it.
