On Oct 27 2022, I had to have my Ram **** towed to Cecil Atkinssion dealership in ******, ** due to contaminated fuel. After almost 3 months of the dealership having my vehicle it was finally returned on 1/18/2023. I had the truck for almost two weeks and had to return it due to shoddy workmanship, they had it another 4 or 5 days this time. On 9/09/23 while driving home from work in *****, ** the truck quit again, I had to get it towed to ************** dealership. They discovered the the fuel pump had fallen off the vehicle and as in the their own words, due to shoddy workmanship from the previous dealership. They (**************) tried themselves to call the Atkinssion dealership to see if they would resolve the issue but they did not get a response or returned phone calls. This now will cost me or my insurance another $10k + to repair after Cecil billed my insurance $30,080.17 the first time, and that was an additional $9K higher than the original estimate. The only way I could get this by warranty was to have my vehicle towed almost 200 miles and take the chance that these people repeat the service and lies from the first time.Business response

The repair at Cecil Atkission was done 8 months ago. Please provide the actual work order from the dealership in ********** complete with the vin and mileage when it was taken in. Cecil Atkission Burnet has reached out to ********** and has not received any correspondence from them in regards to this matter. We strive to maintain customer relationships and provide quality repair service by *************** technicians. The information provided from ********** does not give what we need to verify the concern or if we need to participate in helping with the now needed repairs as it does not contain any of the information on the vehicle that was taken to them. Please upload a complete RO like the one we provided that contains the vehicle information such as vin and mileage and dates as well as customer concern so that we can proceed with a determination of what needs to be done.
