(1.) Date of the transaction 9/26/2022.(2.) The amount of money I paid the business was $5,300.00.(3.) $5,100.00 for the interior repairs, and $200.00 for the exterior caulking for the windows.(4.) One month after the repairs were made the problem reappeared, the contractor agreed to rework those s repairs, and to repair any cracks that were missed.(5.) The contractor have not tried to resolve the problems.(6.) I Do not have a account order or tracking number.Business response

Before we even started the drywall repair job(cracks fixed) ********************* asked me if we have any warranty or warranties on the work and I told him no. Theres no warranty on this kind of job because a simple joint tapes not going to keep the house together if it shifts be of heath,drought or excess of rain water. I gave him the optic cancel the job or stop us from starting if he doesnt agree on that. He say he totally understand that and he gave us the job. Later on and way after we finished the work and he paid me he called me and told me we missed some cracks and some of the ones we fixed were coming back. I told him again about the no warranty on the job but he wasnt any happy about that so I decide to come back and fix whatever he found. I didnt charge him anything and he was so happy and thankful because I was taking care of something I didnt suppose to because we agreed on that before. After some time he wanted me to come back again to fix cracks on trim and other places for the same money. Im really so but I have to buy materials and pay my guys to do the work and hes just trying to get everything for free every time. I dont understand how he can be that cheap and a very bad person to try to make me do free work for him with me covering all the materials and labor expenses . Ive had an A+ rating wiBBB for a long time because I love to keep my customers happy but this man is only trying to take as much advantage of me as possibleBusiness response

E.C. Millenium, Said he would come back out and make repairs in the garage and the corner in the small bedroom. But he did not do so. My other concern was the family room, He agreed to make those repairs also. See the attached E-Mail, and you decide whether he should come back out to make those repairs or not.

They just got back to me and they said they can do it all for $1,160. Includes all materials and labor . Let me know what you decide to find out when I can send them that way. They also agreed to caulk any cracks on the baseboards and doors frames if you show them those places
