              *** is a "trailer sales" business. I made the mistake of understanding it to also be a "service and repair" business. It is Not! It would take pages to list the mistakes and failures experienced with a simple axel repair of a Bobcat UTV, so to keep it brief, non experienced personal, mishandling of parts order several times over. Inability to diagnose that they had simply installed the incorrect part, and to add insult to overall disaster, refusal to inspect incorrectly installed part nor take responsibility for blaring mistake. The *** team is very young, inexperienced and unfortunately argumentive. They know it All, they refuse to listen to common sense or reason. Bobcat was taken to alternate shop, repair completed within a week, and confirmation of KOC of incorrect part, misdiagnosis and overall inexperience validated. Interested in buying a trailer... KoC is your place. Have Any type mechanical repair... Your local lawnmower shop is likely a better option!
