We have been a customer for over 2 years with ********************** providing trash service. During this time I have had several issues with our trash not being serviced, Initially we were paying approximately 60 dollars a month. Post covid rates have gone up to over 100 dollars a month. I understand that part of it. Last month 3 of the 4 weeks our trash was not picked. I contacted them and they told me they did pick up the trash and sent me a time stamp of when that occurred. I have security cameras that show that them hey did not. They drafted my account for the full amount on the 1st of this month. Last week No one picked up the trash and again this week the same thing. I contacted a female in the billing office on Friday. I her asked why my trash was not removed. She stated they gave me credit for last weeks service and that my trash would be picked up on Saturday8-6-2022. It is **** on Saturday and my trash is over flowing and I have paid for this service which has not been provided. I called Stetson Posas the owner and he told me the business was selling and he had no control over the trash side of the business anymore. He took my address and said he would send an email to get this figured out. I want my trash picked up and want the total of 6 weeks credited back to my account for services that I have not received.
