AA ************* are not to be trusted AT ALL. He promises the moon, warranty and DOESN"T deliver. Don't take only my word for it please read all the other reviews. He didn't grade the dirt so water would run off. He didn't use a fill for stabilization of the asphalt, he didn't put down even 1 to 2 inches of asphalt in some places for a 30 X 40'+ area, he didn't even the pad out initially and it looked like a semi circle with both ends being lower than the middle. When I said it had to be even because of the storage unit and metal carport frame - he had to go get another load of asphalt that cost extra (of course), and after a week (YES a WEEK) there are already bald spots down to the dirt, still major tire indentions in so many areas, areas where there is pot holes from backing out and the asphalt sticking to the tires so there is no asphalt, and water standing across much of the front area where there is approximately only 1 to 2 inches laid. We were told not to park on it for 48 hours and waited 4+ days but reluctant because it was still too soft. We thought maybe we would help compact it more... Nope. Bad idea. I have called him repeatedly as I don't want to install a carport with a storage unit and it to become even a bigger mess. The job was clearly explained and followed up in text in line item detail to ensure there was no miscommunication as I had read the prior reviews. I talked to a referral of his that was complementary and a reputable business owner, I checked this business owner out to make sure he was legit and reputable and he was and had good reviews so I decided to use AA based his referral. BAD BAD BAD idea. One good referral doesn't make up for so many of ** that he doesn't live up to his word. Take it from *********** that his cheap price and *** promises, initial go getter attitude is nothing but to get the money, do a horrible job and run. His son runs another asphalt business in the ********* area. Be sure to check reviews there as well.
