Original order for goods was placed on 3/19/22. At the time of order, I was told it would be 6 weeks for the receipt of goods. Since that time. Virtually no communication. I've tried emailing, calling, texting, messages through social media. I think 2 times she replied ********* Then I get one incomplete shipment, with items that weren't ordered, and mis spellings on our name. So, we are now approaching 14 weeks on my 6 week timeline that was stated in March 2022. Unacceptable. She has excuses (illness, backlog, etc.) - but never any goods shipped. In addition, the vendor has flat out lied about ***************** with inaccurate 3rd party shipping details and tracking numbers. Order total was $212.51. All I want is the ordered goods in the proper description as described on their web-site and order details.Customer response

Yes, the refunds were submitted (2 separate transactions).
In reality, I have been made whole by the business. However, my complaint requested the goods. I wont rehash the entire process, but after numerous broken promises, and missed deadlines, all I wanted was the items that were ordered in March. So, I guess ****** was able to sit on my funds for almost 4 months with nothing in return. I certainly wouldnt give them a stellar BBB rating for this behavior.
Quite honestly, I think her website and her social media should reflect her extreme production time necessary to complete the orders. I just checked and there are no details regarding that noted. Id also love to have someone from your office place an order and see what type of turnaround time you get. I would be very leery of this online retailer. Im confident that if I didnt get the government agencies involved, I would not have received the refund either.
In the past (thru Etsy) I had zero issues with this retailer. I think they do good work (when you get it). This was an absolute horrible online shopping experience. And for someone that does a LOT of online/custom purchases that is saying a lot.
