Took my truck to be checked out cause of a small oil leak, they said it was the vacuum pump, charge me 700 dllr to fix it, the day l picked the truck up, got home and the leak was still there, actually a little bigger, so l called them, they check it out next morning they said probably the gasket on the vacuum pump wasnt done right, so they order it, two weeks later, they supposedly put it on and fix it, l pick the truck up and the same leak was still there, just bigger, long story short, like this another two times l brought it back, they, said it was something else, l told them it was the exactly same leak, in the same spot so no, its the same leak, they said they couldnt fix it for free, which is a lie, paid 700 dllr to get it fix and they didnt fix it, so they charge me the labor, they bought the part and put it on, l picked my truck up and the leak is still there, this time l myself cleaned my truck befo l took it out there, cause l carry some paper work in my back seat and a few hand tools, lm the only one that use the truck, well, theres a bag of sunny fish in the bag of my back seat, were l have my paperwork so l us it every day, l went to put my paperwork there and find that bag of chips or whatever is called, and something ate the chips, trough the bag of my seat cover so there is a hole , big hole in it, l immediately get to check the truck to see if the thing is still there, couldnt find anything leave the rest of the chips over night and put more food to see if the thing was in there and nothing, went to the dealership asked if they have cameras they said yeah and he walked me in the shop to show me were the cameras are at, telling me they are not supposed to eat or smoke in there As soon as we walk in the first guy working in a vehicle is drinking a big cup of coffee and eating while he is working, they ended up saying l cant prob it happens there so l have to pay if l want it fix, so l paid 700 dll to get my leak bigger and a hole on my seat

You purchased this vehicle from another dealership and immediately brought it to us to fix. The dealership you bought it from even paid us to do repairs. This car has a lot of miles on it and problems continue to come up. We have fixed every problem for you and even fixed them for free. We also have a strict policy about no eating in customers cars. I am sorry you are continuing to have problems and that you are not happy with us.
