The situation started on June 3,2022 ***************************** was hired to check the problem we were having with our ** unit not cooling and blowing hot air. The diagnostic was that our evaporative coil was leaking and therefore freezing up and causing our ** to blow hot air and not cooling. He mentioned to us that he could order the coils for us first thing Monday morning and it would take about 2-3 weeks for it to get here, and it would cost us ****** to replace and refill unit with Freon. So, we gave him a check for the amount, and he left. he had done prior work for us so we trusted him. On Monday I called him to see if he had ordered the coils and he mentioned that his friend recommended we get a new ** since we were having problems and instead of fixing piece by piece a new would come with 10 yr. warranty. He said he'd need ******* to order it so once I spoke to my husband he decided to get a new ** ************** came for the check on 6/6/22 and cashed it 6/7/22. He supposedly ordered the unit and it would take 2-3 wks for it to get here. Three wks later no ** I texted asking for info on the order and he replied its not here. On June 29 he was to check my ** but didnt show up he came on 6/30/33 he told me and my husband that the wrong part had been ordered and would take 2-3 wks for it to get here. My husband was furious and told him he couldve avoided the problem if he wouldve given us a receipt or tracking #. ************* apologized and said we could cancel and hed give us our money back if we wanted to, but we still needed an Ac. Called lowes ********** but if ordered wouldnt get here till July 25 so we decided to wait for his order. On 7/11/22 tested asked him for info on ** he said it was on its way. That evening we asked him to cancel since he had not info on the ** and had no idea when it would get here. he canceled 2 days later and no money. To the day 8/28 we have received our money and I have filed a policed report it's a civil case theft since nothing was startedInitial Complaint

Plumber took deposit on new hot water tank and cashed the check in ******** We have received no cogent response regarding when we can expect delivery, except excuses since January 17th, 2022. He indicated he would return deposit ($1,667.05) last month and has not done so to date. His bank (GECU) has refused to provide information and apparently cashed the check without obtaining any identifying information.Initial Complaint

The owner of this company (Ignacio Salas) offered to sell me a brand new heating and cooling system including installation for $3500. He requested $2000 right away to seal the deal. I Sent $2000 thru Zelle and he gave me a receipt on December 6th. I have called him repeatedly about the progress and barely get an answer "we are working on it" or "we are taking measurements", etc. Nothing has been done to the system yet. It has not been removed like he promised he'll do. After attempting to get a contract in writing about the work he is suppose to do and a time frame, he failed to show up to the meetings. He came up with different excuses every time. I requested my money back and he has not returned it.
