      I paid for a repair on my 2008 **** focus to fix the ac system all the parts were replaced with lifetime warranty. I got fixed and works for a few days and stops took back like 4 times and it fails after a few days. Got tired of taking it back and forth and problem not fixed. I paid over 900 dllrs and the ac does not work

      On regards to ************ case. I responded to ************ email post looking for a ***** mechanic to fix his **** Focus. On may 19, 2020 at 9:08 *********** reach out to me via messenger asking me if I was ***** I said yes or you could come to me he stated that he got the parts for the vehicle and he would also like a quote for cv joints replacement. On may 19 2020 at 11:37 I texted ************ the quote for cv axle replacement and Mr. *** me back Ill *** you when Im ready in regards of doing the job. 
      On May 20 2020 10:17 ************ msg me if I replace ac compressors and how much for 2008 **** Focus I reply back to ************ on may 21. 2020 stating that I do and I have a legit ac Machine that does ac services like they do on the dealerships or in depended shops. He stated that some guy came in yesterday to replace it and that he had the compressor and when the mechanic finish they started the car and smoke came out I ask ************ if the ***** mechanic recharge the system properly and if the compressor that ************ provided was new or use and ************ stated that it was a refurbished compressor ( rebuilt ) ************ mention that he believe that the ***** mechanic didnt flush the ac system. I told ************ that when replacing and ac compressor you also need to flush the ac system and replace the receiver dryer. A receiver dryer is a filter for the ac system. I explain to ************ how the Auto part store have a deal on ac components  the ac kit includes compressor, receiver dryer. I quote for the compressor, receiver dryer, expansion valve, $409 plus tax I also stated that the condenser is out included on the kit but if he wish to replace it price on part is $163 plus parts. I gave him a quote parts and labor with out the condenser $619 and with the condenser $881 plus tax. At that time ************ hesitate on the work. On May 21 2020 at 9:47 am ************ msg me that his ready to do the repairs I believe I call ************ around 10:00 am and explain the process at 11:01 am ************ msg me saying go ahead and order everything condenser and all and to return the old ac compressor that was previously install see if he could get the refund back. So we went back and forth on setting up dates for him to drop off vehicle. He also re mention the total price of $881 I said yes but if I can help him out with the parts price I would. I also explain if I couldnt get the price to go down ill give him a free oil change and he agreed. ************ msg me at 5:19 pm about warranty on the labor  I said you have 6 months labor. May 22, 2020 at 1:13 I msg ************ that the parts are here and ready. Then we went back and forth about dropping off the vehicle. Vehicle was drop off on May 26, 2020 and I gave ************ a ride back home. On May 26, 2020 7:57 Pm I *** ************ that I was half way thru with the repairs and that I have to replace couple damaged Orings I found due to previous repair at 8:37pm I msg ************ that the vehicle was not going to be ready that I would finish it the following day. May 27 2020 12:36pm ************ msg me to see how the car was coming out I reply back standing that I wasnt working on it but I did fill it up with ***** early in the morning and pressure where holding. Thant I just needed to put everything back together and still had to preformed the oil change. I msg ************ at 7:37pm that the vehicle is done and I send him pictures of all the parts that I replace ( see attachment ) and ask ************ if he wanted all the old parts in his trunk and he replay with yes . May 28 2020 7:30am ************ msg me if he could pay with credit card I said yes but prefer cash cause the square app charges process fees. ************ answer back how much is the fee so I type $881.00 on the square app and came up to $912.72 so ************ decided to bring cash. So from 8:17 am to 9:58 am ************ pick up the vehicle and I explain everything i did and the future problems like i do to all my clients i stated your vehicle is and old model thats never been ac service now you have new compressor, expansion valve, receiver dryer, and condenser and some new orings now you still have old components in your system like ac hoses and your evaporator. I show the receipt to ************ and explain taht the number on the receipt is a little more cause i added the parts for the oil change that was done for free. But if anything happens let me know remember you got warranty on parts and labor plus when i did the service I injected dye on it just in case you get a leak we would be much easier to fined it using a UV light. ************ pay me I believe was $900.00 that i had to go back and give him $19.00 change so comes out to $881.00 we shook hands and gave him the keys. September 23 2020 7:46pm ************ msg me that he notice the **** Focus ac system was not cooling. September 24 2020 8:08am i msg ************ if he can drop the car off i replay Monday would be good. September 27 2020 1:48pm ************ msg me what time would i like for him to drop off the car is stated the earlier the better so i can check it out. September 28 2020 he drop off the vehicle. I brought vehicle in connected ac machine did a full service inspected repair that i did to the vehicle for leaks using UV light i recover .6 lbs and vehicle takes 1.1 lbs of Freon so i re charger system back to 1.1lbs and injected more dye at NO COVER CHARGE and ask ************ to driver the vehicle a little more cause I couldnt see a leak and pressures where holding and besides the system wasnt completely empty around 10:30am ************ pick up the vehicle to drive it. November 23, 2020 4:22pm ************ msg me that the ac stop cooling again. I msg back good if its a major leak we would be able to see it using UV light  so we decided for ************ to drop off the vehicle Friday morning.  November 27 2020 8:28 am i msg *********** not to bring vehicle due that we where close but if he still wanted to drop it off would be fine ************ msg back that it was okay that he wasnt be able to drop it off Friday anyway that Monday would work for him. Didnt heard from ************ till December 01 ******************************************************************************** when he was ready to bring the car inn. February 17 2021 12:44 pm ************ msg me and stated when he can drop off the car i told him Saturday would work for me. February 18 2021 ************ msg me that he was going back to work and he wasnt able to drop it off so he stated that he would drop it off Monday like after 10am. February 22 2021 9:29am ************ drop off the vehicle. February 23 2021 8:21am i msg ************ stating that i found the leak it was coming from the condenser and it had a hole on it due to something while driving down the street hit it causing it to leak normally in that case part doesnt fall under warranty due to it was damaged by other object and not a defective part. I call oreilly and try to cover it under warranty to help ************ out.  ************ told me so its not cover under warranty and i explain again that it was not a manufacturer defect and the leak was cause by an object. So i was able to cover the condenser under warranty but i had to order it so i put Freon back on vehicle and let ************ take back the car wile we waited for the part to come in. March 01 2021. 8:26 am ************ drop off the vehicle to replace condenser. I replace the condenser under warranty at no cover charge and notice one of the Ac hose a little oily so i call ************ and explain the situation and recommend to replace both ac lines and ************ agree after replacing the condenser and ***** perform ac service and show ************ the parts that i replace and a picture of the ac machine where it said leak test pass. March 8 2021 3:52pm ************ *** me that the ac stop working and the check engine light turn on ************ drove to my work and i had scan the vehicle at no cover charge and had codes for thermostat stuck open i explain ************ that the thermostat would cause the ac to stop cooling cause if the vehicle doesnt get hot the fans wont turn on and the compressor wont turn on due to the fans. That he needed to replace thermostat and go from there. March 22 2021 1:35pm ************ msg stating that he replace thermostat him self and the ac still not turning on i msg him saying if he erase codes and he answers back that hi didnt i told him to erase the codes cause the ecu still thinks the thermostat is defective at 6:42pm i msg ************ to bring the car so i can check it out see was going on. *********** mention that when he was replacing the thermostat that he notice the compressor was leaking oil so i check it out and yes you could see little traces of some sort of oil couldnt tell if it was pag oil or antifreeze from when he change the thermostat. Either way i order new compressor just to be on the safe side. Compressor came in on April 2 2021  and told ************ that i was a bit back up on work that i didnt wanted for him to bring his car and it would just sit there. April 5 2021 ************ drop off  the car. April 7 2021 7:47am ************ msg if the car is ready i reply at 3:41pm that i was busy with work and ill try to have it done by the end of the day to give me a little bit of time and ************ agree. April 8 2021 i msg ************ and told him that i got the compressor in and re charger the system but the compressor didnt kick in so i check power and ground at the connector and had 12v so it was a defective compressor from the box and explain to him that i order another one. So between April 8 and May 3 i took the covid shot and felt sick and couldnt replace the new compressor on May 27 was was able to replace compressor and re charge system ************ pick up the vehicle. July 12 2021 1:44pm ************ msg me that the ac stop working again i ask *********** to bring the vehicle so i can check it and he said no that he would take it later and i told him i was going on vacation on the 26 of july. On some point I believe Me and ************ talk on the phone and stating that he might have someone else change the compressor. January 04 2021 2:53 pm ************ msg me and ask if i can take a look at his ac problem i reply back stating that i thought someone else replace the compressor. ************ msg me back stating nobody want to touch his compressor cause that he needed to buy a new one that unless I give him the access to the warranty. I reply back stating that the warranty on the parts are thru my account but if he would like I would exchange the parts for him just have someone take the compressor out and Ill exchange it wich other shop wouldnt do if some other shop or mechanic touches the parts warranty is void but i was being generous i was trying to help him out. ************ reply back stating that he would buy one and have it under his name. November 28 2021 *********** msg me if he could have access to the warranty and i reply back that what part he needed and he stated the compressor i told him i could exchange the part for him he just needs to bring me the old one  like I stated before and I ask him whos going to change it and he said he doesnt know. I didnt hear from ************ till I receive the BBB letter on May 20 202.

       I am rejecting this response because:all I'm asking to be to ********** parts and exchange  the ac parts that are under life warranty  I don't want  money back or to try to fix it took few times  works for a few days and stops  working .

      Like I said on my last respond. Bring me the ac compressor and Ill gladly replace it with a new one
