We agreed to do business with Westland Truck and Repair, after a 2014 ***** with a business base in *******, ** broke down on the road. Agreement was established on November 5, 2021. On this date we received a high estimate of ***** for parts, labor/repairs. Several days later we had to pay an invoice of ***** in order for this business to release the diesel truck. The diesel truck continues to be inoperable. There were duplicate charges on the invoice/receipt provided. The owner lists a 6 month warranty, yet Westland Truck and Trailer Repair refuses to discuss options. They refuse to provide a refund for labor/repair despite they failed to deliver on their promise of an operable diesel truck. We are requesting a refund in the amount of ********, which excludes reasonable cost of parts and taxes.
