We interviewed many builders before choosing Canyon Custom Homes and we absolutely made the right choice. ******* and ***** have been amazing to work with. From communication to expert detailing and workmanship they have been a joy to work with. Their contractors have also been prompt, professional and kept the area clean. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project, ensuring that our vision for our home was not only met but exceeded. Most importantly to us, the communication was seamless. ******* responded promptly when we had questions, and they kept us informed all along the way.Furthermore, their professionalism extended beyond the completion of the project. We already dealt with four builders in different States, but nothing can compare to our experience with Canyon Custom Homes. They are absolutely top notch, incredibly customer oriented. They respond to every question and all concerns immediately, even on weekends. They actually try very hard to get you the best prices on everything and even suggest some changes that makes your home more beautiful, and if you ask about the cost of things like that, like wood panelled hoods over the stove instead of plain ones, they let us know that this wasn't an upcharge and that they would absorb the costs. That is just one example. Unbelievable! They will take care of building your own dream house as if it was their own, and they are super open about everything. They are able to find you better deals on appliances and everything and they are one of the rare building companies that actually puts the customer first! Their contracts are very easy and transparent and the work is top of the line. We highly recommend this company, they are honest and very responsive. Where do I start?I wish I could give six stars!! I am 62. I have a tremendous skill set and a great understanding about construction and the finer things in life. We set out to do a 16 x 20 cathedral style. Sunroom with 22 windows including ***************** windows.went through 7 contractors finally found Canyon Lake builders. ****************************** lots of things happening on this build. 11 out of 10 with us on reviews. Every time we get done with the certain part of this project, we are at 100%. we are thinking totally amazing, and very happy with the build.They were very fair on estimating the amount on the project in comparison to the other 7 other contractors. They have not added any additional fees to elevate the cost of this project. I recommend them to everybody. I wish I could send some pics on this site.I didnt realize that this day and time that were living in today, I could find a couple gentlemen with the integrity, the professionalism and the old-fashioned handshake. That means I will get this done according to what we said and make your dream come true.
