              On 8/6/2022 I hired Evolution Moving Company to relocate my household goods. The three man crew moved my refrigerator incorrectly and upon arrival to my new home, I noticed the refrigerator was making a horrible noise coming from the bottom. The appliance is less than 1 1/2 old. When I brought it up to the regional manager by the name of *******, he refused to file a claim under their insurance and demanded I go through the manufacture warranty so it wouldnt affect the companys premium. I am a single mom with three children and no working refrigerator at this moment. I have taken time off work, have emailed them numerous times, and have requested for the owner of the company to call me back and have yet to hear back. This is completely unacceptable and an atrocious way to conduct business. I received a 1 minute response via Yelp on my negative review of the company, but cant get a callback to make this right.

              If there were a zero they would get it! DID NOT stand by price quoted! It was $200.00 more! Actual movers were fine, but when quoted price was so much higher there was NO help from who ever son of owner was on the phone! First and last time to use this company!!!! So many others out there that honor what the quote! ****** learned ALWAYS check BBB!
