              We have received a notice from Scott & Associates regarding an account in the name of & belonging to *****************. It appears that Scott & Associates is in possession of the account, but has not submitted any proof of the right to claim the legal title. We did not authorize Scott & Associates to hold the account. We need further clarification of your possession and who authorized this without the consent of the Executor Office.Additionally, if you do not have any proof of this, we would like to further connect with you as you have agreed to be our agent and we graciously accept your role and welcome you to do what is in our best interest.We have enclosure the notice from Scott & Associates and will be happy to send an updated agreement for possession of the legal title.

              I have worked out a payment agreement with S&A, P.C. but they are extremely difficult to get a hold of. Calling their number takes me to the sound of static 9/10 times rather than the automated navigation menu. I have submitted questions to their website and received no responses, either, though in times when I have gotten through someone on the phone, they confirmed they received my inquiries. No doubt there are tons of questions coming in, but I've sent in maybe 2 or 3 as of a month ago and did not receive any reply.The payment agreement was not ideal either, but that's a different issue, and not the fault of the people who got it set up for me.
