I bought a seat for my ATV. Part didn't fit as described on partskit website. Their customer service expects me to pay return shipping ($49.00). I guess I am stuck with a seat I can't use. I do not recommend doing business with this company.Initial Complaint

I bought a ************* 4x4 in 2015 and in 2016 the transmission went and I sent it in to get fixed I git it back 1 year and 7 months later then in **************************************************************************************************************************************************************** he said with covid there were alot of restrictions to get it back from ******* and now he won't answer me. He is a dealer out of ****** ******** I have been talking too 3 guys from there ones name is **** and other ****, I don't know the other gentle man but I just want to know when it will be done and returned?Initial Complaint

I need help ASAP!I ordered a four wheeler and received it March 24 when received the pallet it was loaded on had a nail in the tire so I contacted them that day had to open a ticket thru *** desk.I didn't hear anything I sent another one March 25 still nothing or no call.I sent an email to the rep that I was dealing with & told him everything that was going on.Even gave him the ticket number that same day received the item.I sent that person Jim numerous emails & never got a response.I opened another ticket & sent pictures & advised them of everything that was wrong with it which was not safe for my son to ride due to all the issues & that they did not assemble this safely nor inspect it to make sure it was all assembled correctly.I would send numerous emails they would wait & wait till I said I would get a lawyer but still have gave me the run around when I emailed them everything that was wrong with it & sent pictures but they still would give me the run a round told me that I needed to make sure that everything was installed properly but that's why they were the ones to assemble and make sure was safe and installed properly, check all the bolts, lock tight etc. I had to have a professional look at it and found that there was alot of problems and they did not assemble this correctly and had things wrong. He made sure everything was correct my son rode it one time and was not riding crazy or doing nothing shouldn't have. The exhaust fell off, the battery messed up then was causing vibration and now won't start and I don't want anyone to touch or do anything to it since they poorly assembled it. Now they want to try to cover their tracks and say user damage when I notified them as soon as received it and all the issues.They wouldn't even send me a tire, or try to resolve anything that was wrong with it. They just keep prolonging it and don't want to help and I took out a loan and I'm paying for something not had a month and don't work.I have all the emails for proofInitial Complaint

I could not be more disappointed in a company than this one in July 2020 I bought a brand-new TAOTAOD 20 dirtbike from *************** and is almost as soon as I got it I had problems. I have had to replace the starter the ceiling annoyed a brake caliper that fell to pieces brake line starter relay and now I'm trying to find a push button start/kill switch that is in stock for a bike that I spent close to $1000 for was shipping my son has been able to ride it may be 2×3 times since we have had it in two years I think this is really poor poor craftsmanship and I would be embarrassed if I was this company the only way that I could see them possibly making this right is for them to send me a replacement bike and they can have the other one back or they can just have it back and refund me my money and also a warden out canine Powersports has been absolutely dreadful to deal with I have yet to receive a battery battery carrier that has been on order for 13 months just really inexcusable I can't get a hold of anybody at TaoTao I leave messages nobody calls me back just extremely dreadful I mean terrible awful somebody needs to know about this I've never encountered such poor customer service and poor Craftsmanship in my life it was just one thing or a couple things but this is multiple multiple things I don't see how they stay in business and I have an idea they'll probably file for bankruptcy at the right they are goingInitial Complaint

Order multiple parts from parts kit.com that says orders she in 24-48 hours. Emailed the company to find out when the order will ship or to get a refund. Company does not respond and does not answer the phone. Spent 2,000 dollars on a atv for my kids and it only has 10 hours on it. They can't even enjoy it and all it has been doing is sitting in the garage. Either refund my money or send the parts or I'll contact my attorney.
