billX: XXXX.71 bill2: ****** 3-9: drop off car for oil change, state inspection and diagnosis of smoke and burn smell after long drives. No check engine light.Manager who attended me was Clarence. Said issue is due to head gasket leak and verbally quoted me for about 900. I really needed the fix and agreed to leave the car and pick up tomorrow. 3-10: called shop and they said I'll have to wait one more day. Offered spark plug replacement since engine bay was going to be open. I agreed because of the fact. 3-11: arrive at shop and pay my bill to pick up my car along with passing state inspection. Instantly feel the problem still persists and car shuts off before leaving the lot. I leave car for shop to inspect and repair next day. 3-12: shop communicates with me that there is no issue but they will keep running tests. End of day shop calls and says they want to keep one more day for manager 3-13: manager says shop failed to clean off engine corosion but everything is fine. I pick up car and the same issue persists with overheating so I leave car again with visible udeniable symptoms I mentioned from the first day. Smoke is now obvious. I receive loaner car. 3-14:manager says there is no coolant, needs to check for leaks and tells me I need a new radiator after diagnosis.I agree under verbal confirmation that it will be covered due to their mistakes. 3-16:pick up car but not without having to pay more for parts. 20 miles later check engine light/car stalling clear misdiagnosis. Coolant is directly correlated with head gasket issue but it was checked after 4 days? first bill shows it was checked on day 1. Pass inspection on failing car. Uber/eats expenses. Shop had car for days without any information on status and telling me nothing is wrong.No gas.Asked for written forms of services but was told to trust them and calls were recorded.Was willing to forgive all but was still told to pay for their mistakes. Car has new problems but I refuse to take car back.Business response

Mr. ********* did come back to my shop and my Manager, Clarence ****** discussed the situation with him. Mr. ********* did in fact bring his vehicle back to Kwik Kar Marsh and it was fixed correctly. My Manager, Clarence ******* provided additional needed parts and labor at no charge to Mr. *********. regards,
