I was recently notified that Experian "verified" items on my credit report when in documentation provided you can clearly see these items are reported inaccurately and still violating my rights by having these accounts on my ********************** report without correctly verifying documentation showing how items were verified. In accordance with the Fair credit reporting act the accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 *** 1681. I told the ******** to reinvestigate this accounts; NAVY *** (Acc #: , KIKOFF, AUSTINCAPBK , however they stated everything was complete and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity, past due, payment history and much more is incorrect. According to 15 USC 1681(5) they are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting correctly. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1681c (a)(5) Section States: no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information And other adverse item of information other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 (A)(1) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. I am not satisfied with the dispute result. I never received mail correspondence about this bill, this is because I never lived in that address that shows up in the bill. T-Mobile disconnected my phone line, no one was able to contact me during that time, my phone was not activated or in service. Also please investigate because this is not the original balance that was left on the account. There are fraudulent or incorrect charges made. All devices for this account were paid in full. If this is the right account, T-Mobile shouldve informed me before selling this bill over to a collection. I never signed a contract with Southwest Credit Systems, LLC.

Southwest Credit Systems - 08/2024 - I recently spoke with this company regarding a collections debt that is on all three of my credit reports. The creditor is T-Mobile. *** requested on multiple occasions from this collector a debt validation letter and theyve refused to provide me with what *** requested. Each time Ive requested the debt validation letter, they share that they can only provide a receipt of the total amount (last bill) from the company. I shared with the collections team that I needed to review a contract of some sort to confirm that it was me that had the debt and each time, I am denied or not provided a follow up of my request. Their only attempt is to collect on the account. They advised that it should be me that should contact T-Mobile regarding what Ive requested. I request for this tradeline to be deleted from all three credit reports.

      08/22/2024

On 8/13/24, I contacted Southwest Credit Systems regarding a collections debt that shows on my report from the original creditor, T-Mobile. My call was routed to the representative that I spoke with last year in 05/2023 regarding the same issue. He confirmed that he handles my account. We discussed the dispute, along with the debt. I requested multiple times for proof that the debt belonged to me. He first stated that it was mailed to my old address that I resided, but never received. He then asked me to confirm if the document for validation can be viewed via their website, and no document populated. In his words, the document times out after a period of time if its not reviewed. The only thing the account showed was a balance that he forcibly recommended to pay. I then requested to speak with a supervisor who I was then transferred to and shared the same issue. The supervisor stated he would reach out to the company to request validation of the debt due to their company not having anything confirming that the debt belongs to me. They would only have the balance due. He stated he would follow up within ***************************************************************************** follow up. He confirmed that the trade line would be deleted from my report once paid, yet fails to provide any proof of debt. *** requested multiple times for proof of debt or receipt and still dont have anything when Ive disputed this account as soon as it was reported to all credit bureaus and reflecting on my credit report.
