            Filled all of this out and got dropped so don't know if you got it? Had dates and all the ailments I have still that this machine warranted to remedy. I also don't have the technical ability to download the Sales Order. Bought in Oct.2022 and ******** said give it 3 months to do its job. March 2023 started calling company and talking to ***** that still had the dust, allergies and nothing had changed. She said she would pass the message on and would hear back. No return phone calls. The Salesman said today why wait to long to complain. I had made many calls with a witness and sent certified letter. He said I had three days from purchase to change my mind. Has nothing to do with their Full Lifetime Warranty. I am seeking a refund as this machine does nothing it was purported or sold to do. I have other witnesses who stayed with me three months and had their coughs and allergies in the house. I am seeking full refund and would appreciate your help. Although they say they have 100's of positive reviews, my experience is not good.
