  I've live in my home since 2014 which came with a lifetime warranty that transferred from the previous owner to me. The last time they came and did work on the foundation was in 2015. I'm now needing additional work as the front of the house is in serious need of fixing. I've been calling since September and no one ever answers the phone and only twice was I able to leave a message. The rest of the time the mailbox is full. Then back in October *** called and asked what my issue was. As soon as I told her I had a lifetime warranty she started telling me what I should have done to prevent my issue from happening. Then I told her why I didn't do as she suggested she pretty much called me a liar. Then she told me they were trying to finish up some jobs on the other side of town and would look at the schedule to see when they could come out but it would be a couple of weeks. I told her I just need it repaired. I have never heard back and have tried calling each week. Once again, it goes directly to voicemail but the mailbox is full, how convenient for them.

First I am a woman. Second, they have not measured my foundation since 2015 or 2016. Third I never received a call from them since Oct 14, 2021. During that call *** told me they would call me in 2 weeks to put me on the schedule to come measure. That call has yet to happen nor has anyone from Remedy come to my house since.

  We purchased our house in July of 2020 and with it we got a lifetime transferable warranty on the foundation. Our mortgage company was not going to close on our house because of the foundation but when proof was provided that the warranty was part of the closing they agreed to finance our new to us home. The sellers had the foundation repaired by Remedy Foundation Repair LLC in July of 2017, which included the transferable warranty. In July of 2021 we called and a man named Dan, and he came out and said yes we do need repair of the original work they had done. He made 5 different appointments to come out and repair it. We would take off work to be able to be here so they would be able to come in the house if need be. All 5 times they no showed and no called. At the 1st of October we got ahold of a lady named Joy and she assured us that they would be out before Thanksgiving to do the work and again no showed and no call. This makes 6 times now that they haven't showed up to do the repair as they promised. Every phone number you call the voicemail is full so you can't get ahold of anyone to try and make this right. We purchased new flooring to install and we can't until the foundation is repaired. Here comes Christmas and everyone will have to walk around on cracked up concrete due to this company not honoring their warranty. It's if they tell their customers they get a lifetime warranty to be able to get the job but when you need them to come back they ignore your calls and lie to you that they are coming just to shut you up. They are a very unprofessional company selling bogus warranty's.
