First of all, they are great to deal with. Super fast order, ultra high quality artwork. The prices are excellent, selling complete framed artwork for the same price some places charge for frame alone.Everybody loves the painting, even more colorful in person. If You Want A Refund Good Luck On 1/16/24 I placed my order. They immediately took the money. 24hours latter they want me to:"Please make sure to send us a copy of your statement showing the same billing address on your order. Also, do not forget to mask any personal or confidential information before sending it to us for privacy and confidentiality."If they have a problem with my payment the time to notify me is before you take my money. No for an order of less than $100 I am not going to be treated as though I was buying a 200K original work of art. So I ask for a refund. They took the money right away. getting it back is a lot harder.First they want to waste my time explaining why they have this policy in place. i don't care why they have this policy in place. I want a refund.Finally someone gets back to me:The refund will be processed within ***** hours. Once refunded, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.The last item I needed a refund for took less than 24 hours.15 emails latter, and I'm STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND!ElephantStock Response

We ordered multiple pieces of art. We were told that the order was ready to ship. All of a sudden, this business emails ** and says we must send a copy of our CREDIT CARD STATEMENT to them! What? We have perfect credit. No problem with our card/account. Called them to ask why. No response. Tried another order, SAME result they want to look at our credit card statement! This place seems like a scam waiting to prey on people silly enough to send them their credit card statements. Would you like our social security number too elephant stock?!ElephantStock Response
