      I purchased two leather chairs off their **** website that were listed as 100 percent real leather and when I received the chairs, it took me all of 4 hours to determine they were fake due to the polyurethane backing on the material. I emailed this company to get my money back and return the chairs and they told me it was my responsibility to pay for return shipping of an estimated 500 dollars, and also the chairs had to be specially packaged and I needed to go purchase special expensive boxes and prepare the chairs and have them ready for pick-up on a day they decided, and if I did not facilitate both these contingencies, they would not accept the return and would not refund me my money. They claimed it was store policy the buyer had to pay for return shipping and packaging. I told them their store policy does not overrule the governments and since I was sold fraudulent products and was scammed out of over **** dollars, their store policy was irrelevant and they needed to get their chairs and pay for any return or shipping fees and cost. I tried to work with them and asked for a time and another day due to work and they refused to give me another day and never responded to multiple inquiries about the time of day or night they were coming to pick-up the chairs. This company then poorly forged my signature on a document that stated I agreed the chairs were to my satisfaction and that I would pay for any necessary shipping fees and cost. I put up a review on ****** and ****, but somehow the **** review disappeared even though it only stated facts and I attached pictures of the evidence of the fake leather. I looked closely at their reviews after that and noticed they only had one single review in the last six months. Being that this is a high volume seller, I find that hard to believe and they are deceiving customers by erasing false reviews and keeping their satisfaction score high. I will be filing a lawsuit against these scumbags.

      We had a horrible customer support experience when we ordered two dinosaurs statues totaling $5000 for a large-scale outdoor event. Prior to calling Interior Gallery to place the order, we reviewed the website details. We asked a series of questions to the representative who confirmed they were suitable outdoors. There were subsequent emails and phone calls about the order and no mention of needing UV coating. We were not informed that the statues needed UV coatings until a statement, buried in an email about shipping, which we did not see, came after the payment was processed. Once we discovered the statutes were not weather-proofed, we immediately called Interior Gallery and asked to speak to a manager. We advised of the situation, that the website mentioned “Suitable for indoor or outdoor display” and “Usage: indoor and outdoor,” but did not state “weather-proofing required,” and that their representative confirmed the statutes were suitable outdoors. The representative claimed the coating advisory was posted on the website. It was not and a disclaimer has since been added to the website. Currently there are other statutes on the website, suitable for outdoors, that do have the disclaimer. The manager said that it is the buyer’s responsibility to care for purchased items, yet we expected the company to be accountable for inaccurate information on their website and for their representative to providing accurate information to us prior to the purchase. The manager stated they did nothing wrong and refused to let us talk to upper management.
