They had a trade in promotion where if you sent in a phone of some sort, you would get x money. I sent in 2 phones expecting my pay of $626.40 and the company is not answering me at all. I got an email a month ago saying I would get my payment in 2 weeks, and they are not answering.

I sent 4 phones into teladvance and they sent confirmation confirming they had recieved the phones on 7/10/2023. The phones were sent to them for a credit to bank/paypal trade in. Teladvance sent an email claiming they had confirmed the phones and my money was on the way. "We just wanted to notify you that the contents of your ********* trade-in order (reference number *************) have been evaluated and confirmed. As such, you will be receiving your payment of $626.40 within the next two weeks. We greatly appreciate your participation in the ********* Store Trade-In Program and look forward to serving you again in the future." This is the email I received word for word. It has now been a month since that had occurred. I and many friends have attempted to contact the company to no avail. I'm now left with no phones, no way to get ahold of the company, and no money.

On 06/23/23 and 06/29/23, I initiated 4 trade-in orders with this company (2 on each day). At that time, they were valuing the phones at $313.20, which was a great price for a few phones I had lying around. I sent in my devices as instructed using the provided shipping labels. They received 3 of the 4 devices within a week or so and one device was damaged/lost by ***** (which is the second part of this complaint). The devices were processed by TelAdvance within a week and I received emails from them stating that the devices were accepted and I would be paid the $313.20 within 2 weeks. The first email arrived on 07/07/23. It has been nearly 4 weeks since that date and I have yet to receive any payout. I have reached out to the company on multiple occasions asking about the payout and only received very vague responses stating I should receive payment soon. Then on 08/01/23, they emailed me stating that they had a "database error" and that the price I would be paid out on one of my orders was going to be reduced by over $200 to $112.50. Per their terms and conditions:"the Company reserves the right to make adjustments at any time in its sole discretion, but will honor all offers accepted, even if prices, products or offers subsequently change."I have emails clearly stating that they are accepting the offer and I will receive payment within 2 weeks. They are not honoring their own terms and conditions. Furthermore, the company also stated that they filed a claim for the damaged/lost device I sent in. I attempted to file myself but was denies as I was not the "shipper" since they provided the label. I received 2 emails back from TelAdvance regarding the claim, stating that they are waiting on more information. It has been 3 weeks since they supposedly filed the claim. At this point, I emailed them to just send me back my devices and I am not receiving any responses and cannot get a hold of them via phone either. I am attaching a screenshot of the payouts.

I mailed my laptop to Teladvance after receiving a trade in offer of $42. They claimed that my screen was shattered and offered me $6.30. My screen was not shattered when I mailed it. Telavance is not accepting responsibility for my damaged device. I have asked to be contacted by phone by a company manager. No one has called me. I have already declined their offer and my device still has not been returned to me. I want to be compensated for my damaged device. Either pay the $42 you offered or have my screen repaired and my device returned to me in the condition that I shipped it to you.

I am participating in the Electronic Trade-In Program and sent in my functioning * box. The estimated trade-in value was $250. The * Box was working, my son was able to play on it up until I mailed it in. We only traded it in because we purchased a different gaming system. When I received the evaluation, the offer dropped to $50 citing problems with the *Box that were not true. I emailed to discuss this and express that I did not agree, and I have never heard back from the company.I think this is rather suspicious now that the company has the *box. It is worth at least $150, and it is unfortunate they won't uphold the original offer.
