Rynn's Luggage is a partner with Andare Luggage which appears to be an on-line only luggage retailer. Rynn's luggage is assigned by the airline to handle warranty claims for mishandling of luggage. They cannot and will not return a warranty claim item. They make replacement simple and easy. I gave this a two-star instead of a one because replacement of my bag was easy and quick. So easy and quick that I decided to buy another bag from them. That's when the problems started. There was a problem (my fault) with the order, and I wanted to apply a coupon which didn't get properly applied when I put in the order. Their customer support is non-existent. Although they promote communication through an email, they do not answer! Ever! And you might be able to find a phone number, but you're going to leave a message and they won't call you back. They DO NOT respond to any customer service email inquiries; BUYER BEWARE! They will say that all you have to do to process a return is to contact them...but you have a better chance of getting an email from Buddha or a Kenyan Prince wanting to give you a fortune! This is a one-shot, one-chance interaction. So make sure you do your research before choosing your replacement bag. Because Rynn's Luggage and Andare Luggage are NOT going to help you after any sale or subsequent transaction. Andare luggage feels flimsy and the zipper seams have lots of "stray" thread. I guess we're going to find out how well they hold up! It was a free replacement, so...not too concerned? But BUYER BEWARE! Neither Rynns nor Andare is going to help you with anything. You're on your own.
