      My excitement ended abruptly after receipt of the GTT230. I noticed a lot of metal particles in the motor oil when it was changed after the first 35 miles. (these engines don't have actual oil filters). It was't just a little, it was a LOT! like having ***** and glitter in it. They said it was normal. But even after changing the oil every 75 miles for the first 1500 miles it was still a lot. Still appearing like *****. The engine ran very rich. so much so it was fouling the spark plug. The culprit being the air filter box. It looked perfectly fine, nothing appeared to be restricted and checked the element. I might as well have had the choke on (no, the choke was not on). The engine now ***** oil, vibrates like crazy and makes a lot of noise. The fairing design pulls air away from the engine and the lower engine mount blocks air from the cylinder causing the engine to overheat. The wiring harness to the voltage regulator is not of adequate gauge or routed properly causing a voltage drop interfering with the amp draw of the lights and accessories effecting the charge signal-the battery is overcharged and ruined. (simple fix). Also, the fuel tank is improperly mounted causing it to crack/fail within the first ***** miles. I can go on. They demanded the engine regurned to them after sending them the pictures of the scratched cylinder, piston, galled cam and the clutch pack is loose. Once it arrived, they accused me of attempting to repair the engine (I offered many times but they refused to allow so I sent it in at their demand) because of the pictures even though they are the ones who demanded it sent to them. Their internal communication is absolutely horrible as is their customer and technical service. Even their mechanic admitted I know more about this engine than he, yet the "manager" always managed to over ride. Me? 30 years mechanical engineer, engine building, fabrication, machinist etc. I know engines. They were constantly notified about everything.

      I have contacted the dealer, ***** Power sports. They're all the same company with 20 different names: ****************, *********** sports, ********* power sports, **************** and mostly micro managed from a different office. ***** power sports demanded I send the engine in for repair AFTER many email explaining to them the problems with the engine only to be told they wouldn't repair it. I've literally had to rebuild the entire motorcycle and bought three engines from other sources before acquiring one that is in working order because they refused to honor their warranty. After reading other reviews, it's obvious that I am not the only one having there issues. I am a long time performance mechanic, mechanical engineer and fabricator doing these functions over 40 years. If it were up to me, this motorcycle would not be allowed to be sold as their manufacturing process is inconsiderate of many key factors and functions. I get it. It's a chinese bike. cheap is one thing but people's safety is another. the motorcycle I purchased before this one was a TaoTao Tbr7. ran great. the very first mile the kickstand broke off because of inadequate welding (scab weld for those who know what it is). down the bike and I went. Tore up my arm and blood was all over the place. after weeks of trying to return the bike because part of the frame was bent during shipping, now all they were more than willing to accept the return. Amazing huh?

      The fuel tank is prone to crack and leak due to improper mounting, use of thin hardened steel which has been brazed thus compromising the integrity of the metal causing it to crack. Major potential for a fire especially considering that due to all the side covers, one would not know the fuel is leaking until it's too late. Other problems being the charging system and relevant wiring all of which aside from there being metal in the oil causing damage to it

      ordered a drive belt a month ago 2 weeks went by no belt so i contacted vittaci they "claim" the belt was returned to them ( I have never had any item returned back to any business) than they stated I needed to pay for shipping AGAIN after I paid $60 for a belt and shipping and they asked for my card number again so I paid to have it shipped AGAIN. 2 more weeks went and no belt so I contacted vitacci again and they never shipped the belt and asked for MORE money and my card number again and REFUSE to refund my money or send me a belt. THEY STOLE a MINIMUM of $75.00!!!!!!

      I purchased 2 ATVs from jaguarpowersports, both had nothing but issues, they told me I had to go to vitacci, then vitacci sent me to jaguarpowersports... either way the frames on these units are unreliable and snapped in 2 on my 5 year old son. These units are absolutely not repairable and are less than a month old. For $4000, this is ridiculous.

      *************************************** is a B2B firm... Vitacci Motorcycles *** does not engage in any type of direct sales to consumers.
      If any unit is purchased through any of our dealers, the customer should refer back to the concerned dealer in case of any issues in the purchased unit. The dealer should be able to assist the customer as per the provided warranty.

      We have communicated with this customer and forwarded to him all the emails that we received from our dealer in *******, where the dealer have clearly indicated that the customer has violated the warranty provisions by having an adult driving the units that are designed for kids, which has resulted in breaking the frame.

      Even if that were true the tech that rode them weighs more than twice my weight that they had riding it to test drive it when it was having issues, and you're trying to blame me? That dude that works for your dealer weighs like 300lbs.. this literally snapped on a 40lb 5 year old CHILD While he was riding it IT COULD HAVE KILLED HIM. TAKE YOUR UNSAFE EQUIPMENT BACK!

      Hi,

      We have provided the customer will the email reply that we received from our dealer in **, showing all the repair work that was done on these units, even though the customer opted to buy these units without dealer's warranty. The customer can further get back to the dealer in case he still has any questions. There is no more action to be done from our side.

      Below is the dealer's reply :

      "" I am very familiar with the Shumates case.

      This customer signed a contract with us choosing to receive his unit(s)in a box and assemble himself as he did not want to pay the additional $200-300 to have our licensed certified technicians assemble for him.

      The customer called with concerns after he was completed with building his units. We overlooked his contract as we want our customers happy and we serviced his unit with a diagnosis and also provided him with and installed a brand new starter for him (which is not under warranty with us). Customer called back with more issues and we again took in his units for services. These units are meant for children and have a weight capacity. The customer admitted to **************, financing company and also myself many times that he has been driving these units with his wife. Customer reported his unit was vibrating and his chain was "too tight" which ************** assessed and relayed could be due to an adult riding and providing pressure. Customer reported funny noises that the technician found were due to the chain guard. ************** walked the customer through all his concerns and informed him of his next steps if he wanted to proceed repairs as unit was and is operating but what he wanted assessed unfortunately was not under warranty for us to continue to assist. We inspect and test the units before calling customers to pick them back up and every time it left our facility, they were running properly.
      Each time his unit left here it was operating without issues and coming back with more and more problems.
      Now we have him reporting his entire frame is broken. Again, more than likely due to him and his wife purchasing children units and driving them themselves exceeding the weight capacity which we both know can cause malfunctions in these units.
      Unfortunately, this customer signed a contract having a 30 day parts only factory warranty. We have tried our best to assist time and time again however, this customer is misusing/abusing these units.""

      And then you will not do anything about these units, and neither will they, yall keep passing the buck back and forth.

      On August 6, 2022, I purchased a new 2022 Vitacci gtt250 motorcycle from *** ********* ******* ******* located at XXXX XXth ******* ** *********** *** for $3,000. At this time, I was residing in Charlotte County Florida. I moved to Denver, Colorado at the end of August 2022. On September 7, 2022, the engine on the Vitacci motorycle gave out. At this time, the motorcycle had only 800 miles on it. The motorcycle broke down on the highway, several miles from my home. I walked the motorcycle from the nearest exit to a safe location until I could get it towed home. As this motorcycle has a warranty on the engine, I first contacted the manufacturer, Vitacci in Carrolton, Texas. I was at first advised that Vitacci would be sending me what I needed to ship the engine back to them; packaging and postage. I waited a little over a week and having not received anything from Vitacci, I once again called them. This time, I was informed that the motorcycle shop that sold it to me would be sending me the required packaging and postage. At first, manager at *** ********* was telling me that the information that they would provide postage for the return of the engine was not correct and that it was Vitacci that would be doing so. After several tests and phone calls, the manager at *** ********* acknowledged that they would be sending out the required packaging and postage. I have texted with and spoke on the phone several times with the manager at *** ********** being told that they were sending out the required items for me to ship the engine. It has been more than three months and I have a 2022 motorcycle that is useless. The warranty is not being honored. As I have waited all this time, I would like the manufacturer to pay for the engine to be repaired by a motorcycle shop located near me. If engine is unrepairable, a satisfactory resolution for me would be to be compensated with the cost of a replacement engine.
