      Hello. My name is *************** and I have an issue with ********** of *******.. I bought my car in 2019 and have not had any issues with my car and also have kept up with all maintenance on the vehicle On June 16th my car stopped abruptly.. Called ***************** and they stated they could not get to the vehicle until July 11th. I tried for two weeks to get the vehicle started and could not. Once the vehicle was taken to ***************** the car was there for two weeks before the contact *********************** called and stated that they did not have any Techs to check the cat at this time, so it will be a couple of more days. At the time spoke to ***** about not having warranty on the vehicle. After several more calls and no answers still nothing. Now mind you my car has been at the dealership the whole time. On August 5th ***** from the dealership called and stated that he got the car started and that the engine is rattling. I questioned how the car was started and he could not give me a straight forward answer. He stated that it would be a cost of $5500 to repair the vehicle. On August 7th I called ********** of ******* and spoke with ****** and filed a complaint to see if they could help with the repairs of my car. After another 37 days without a vehicle and several days of Paid transportation, *********** of ******* called and stated that they could not help due to car being out of warranty. I have done research and found that the engine in my car had a recall on it. Even though my car was not on the list for recall the engine is still in the car. The engine is the Nu 2.0L MPI. I feel that this issue should have been taking care of by *********** of *******, They have knowledge of these issues happening with their vehicles and did nothing to inform the consumers who were buying these cars. They are liable for these issues that occurred and are still occurring to *** owners.
