      I placed a order on August 31, 2022 in the amount of $55.00. I have yet to receive my product nor have I received any response to my contact attempts. I just want my money back at this point.

      Order was placed on 2/20/22. Item was never received. I have emailed the company 3 times questioning this orders whereabouts. No order is showing in my account the cowboy studio website. I have found a phone number and have tried to called several times and there is a busy signal. (XXX) XXX-XXXX is the number I found and tried. The order number is XXXXX.

      order placed on 3/15/2022 Account order: XXXXX USPS tracking number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Amazon tracking number: TBAXXXXXXXXXXXX I placed an order for light stands from Cowboy Studio for which I was charged $56.00 plus $34.07 for UPS shipping as advertised on their website. Neither the light stands nor the carry bags were shipped via UPS. The stands that I received were of poor quality and not as described on the website and did not even carry Cowboy Studio branding on them. I have sent 4 emails and attempted several calls attempting to resolve this but heard no response from either end. After performing further investigation, I was informed by Amazon that the light stands themselves were ordered by the company to have sent to my house instead of coming from their own in-house inventory. I am expecting a full refund in the amount of $90.07. I have attached photos of the package I received from Amazon and photos of the item as shown on their website as well as a screenshot showing that they only offer shipping via UPS.       Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/05/13) */ Customer already filed his credit card company to get full refund. Consumer Response /* (2000, 13, 2022/05/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I am satisfied only in that my bank ended up getting my money back. This business did nothing out of their own volition even after several attempts made by the BBB. This business committed fraud, and I do not see enough aggressive punitive action taken by the BBB. I am happy to close the case but highly disappointed that it took this long to get any kind of response.
