08/09/2024 I order a cookware set on June 2024, paid $167.94. It was delivered to the wrong house by ***** which I had no part in. Now I'm being charged for something I did not receive. I have photos where ***** delivered, and my front door porch which looks nothing alike. Not mention they want file a police report saying it was stolen which I cannot because I never received it. Today is August 9th, 2024, and I'm still fighting with them. This is wrong no matter how you look at it!!!!! **************

This website business uses deceptive practices. I purchased a piece of equipment from them. They sent me a confirmation email for the purchase. No where on the invoice does it say that I signed up for their club membership, and would be billed monthly. The amount is $6.41, an amount that would not catch people's attention. I never received monthly invoices or messages that they were charging my credit card. When I brought this to their attention, they refunded the amount billed in July 2024, but nothing else. They could produce no documentation that I did sign up for the club, but refuse to give me my money back. This is fraudulent !!!! This is a scam.Mercatalyst, Inc Response

Hello - The option to join the membership is presented during checkout in the shipping section, along with the flat, per-order shipping option. Neither is ore-selected. You do have to click on the membership option in order to join.Once checkout is completed, the customer then receives a confirmation email from us, welcoming them to the membership. The membership is also visible from the customer's account page and during checkout on any orders placed while the customer is a member. While this customer did opt into the membership, we went ahead and made a 1-time exception and refunded 3 months of membership fees.I hope this clears things up!Review from Cindi H

Empower FitCloudPro watch is garbage. They changed warranty from 1 year to 90 days and would not stand behind their product. I got the run around when I contacted them about watch not having correct time or date. Steps counted during day would change continuously. I definitely would not recommend product or company. I checked and the warranty for that item never changed. It was always sold with our 90-Day in-house warranty. I'm sorry your watch stopped working, but we are about 7 months outside of warranty coverage for this item.Customer Response

I have the original warranty that came with this product and it clearly states that it has a one year warranty. When the original watch stopped working they had me take numerous videos of watch not working and finally sent me another watch 8 months after purchase. But that watch did not work from day one. Then they said it only had a 90 day warranty. I stand by my original statement.Review from Linda C.

I'd like to give MorningSave.com 5 stars for my totally positive interactions with their ******* Services concerning my recent purchase. I was definitely surprised at the speed with which my issue was resolved with ******* (Mercatalyst). I received a damaged item in the set I had purchased and they worked with me in resolving it. I was given a credit back to my credit card as well as my not having to return the items that I purchased in good faith!
