      You already know about them. It's a waste of my time to describe further than what's in the email images that I've uploaded. They stole ***** from me using a fake website a few years back and now they're texting my cellphone trying to scam the same numbers they saved from previous years. You've obviously done nothing about them. If I don't hear a response that anything was done about this and this fraud company stays successful I'm just gonna spearhead more voters to have this "non profit" ******** org abolished. I genuinely don't believe you use this organization to accomplish anything if there are fake corps running rampant like this advertising on ******* and setting up fake support lines.

      I bought their product and it does not work as portrayed. They show using advertisedproduct cleaning an RV with minimal work so i purchased this product and it does NOT work at all ...especially as advertised.

      I filed a complaint with the BBB in 2021 but I never heard back from the BBB. I made a purchase with THE WATER GUYS & they never sent the product or refunded my money. I WANT A REFUND

      I purchased a water softener kit for my shower and did not receive the item. I have had numerous emails stating product was back ordered and would be shipped in the future. Now this company is not responding to my communications and their phone is disconnected and their website is obsolete. I have asked for a refund numerous times and was informed that I could only get a refund if I returned the item unopened since they offer no refunds after 14 hours of placing an order. They owe me 59.95, from my order placed in March 2021. Thank you for any assistance you can give at this time.

      On March 11, 2021 I ordered a shower head and filter from the Water Guys in the amount of 59.95 expecting in in the allotted time of two weeks. On March 31st, 2021 emailed requesting an update and was told by Mae on April 1, 2021 about the typical shipping times which where well past the times I waited and requested my products be shipped or my money refunded. On April 2, 2021 Mae then responded that my order had been tagged as "VIP" expedited and I would be receiving it once back in stock. On April 6, 2021 I emailed the "CEO", John ****** spouting nonsense of the team working to get my order and would be arriving on my door shortly. April 19th, 2021 I requested a full refund of my money as I noticed that I was charged on the card. I received a response from Jayvee informing that there were no cancel / adjusted orders as they are "automated" and refunds were only provided within 14 hours after the order and upon receiving the product I could return it for a portion of the refund. Jayvee stated that I should receive my order either in April or the first week of May. I responded that I paid for a product that I did not received which was unethical and waited past the several promised dates and wanted a full refund. On April 22 Jayvee informed that he would forward the message to his "higher ups" about whether or not I could be refunded. May 23 contacted John and Jayvee about my refund. July 23 contacted by Marie indicating they are still waiting for a response from their "higher ups" about my refund and suggested that I allow for more time for a response. I stayed that more than enough time was allotted and demanded a refund. Have gotten No product, No refund and No response since then.

      paid $59.95 on 11/23/2020 to THE WATER GUYS For products that i never received, i called 3 times, only one time i got hold of someone, who advised to email them about my product never received, emailed, but never answered me back, called again and none one answered, i sent email again to request my refund, never got refund for this.

      Purchased product from this company expecting to receive it in 1 month. Never received the $150.00 worth of product I purchased. When I reached out to the company they kept telling me things were delayed and promised that I would get the merchandise soon. My bank would not refund the money because it had been longer than 2 months at that point. I saw other reviews from other people that the same thing happened to them.

      Re: Order #***** on 12/6/2020. I purchased several items from The Water Guys on Dec 6, 2020 via a ****** transaction that is linked to my *************** Debit card. After much delay, only one of those items showed up at my door with no description, user guide, instructions, nor itemized packing slip. I sent multiple messages to the vendor asking for an update on shipping my remaining purchased items and the reply was always that there were COVID delays and they'll ship as soon as they get the products in. I have tried since January 2021 to handle this with the vendor and they still have not sent my items nor refunded my money. I'm requesting a reimbursement for the items that have not been delivered for a total of $119.90. I asked *************** to pursue the vendor on my behalf, however while attempting to work it out with the vendor on my own, the deadline lapsed for*************** to assist. The $119.90 is for the 10-cup pitcher and refill filters for that pitcher that never shipped/arrived. $69.95 for the ********* Filter - 10- Cup $49.95 for the ********* Replacement Filters Please see attached documents/emails where I proceed to engage in unsuccessful negotiations with the vendor to get my items - or my money back. (After not receiving my items the first time, you can understand why I didn't accept the "store credit" as a viable option.) The only thing that arrived were the 2 shower filters "********************* Replacement Cartridges". Because of the packages I purchased I should have had 3 sets of those total...1 set being a paid set of 2 filters and the other two sets being free sets. Since I received 1 set, I will assume they were the paid set for $39.95, that is why I'm not requesting that amount to be returned. There was also an additional "FREE Water Testing Meter" that never arrived as noted in my detailed purchase order. I truly believe this company is a scam and would appreciate any assistance you could lend. Thank you.
