    Order Date: Tuesday, May 28, 2024 Order Number: #******** from "woot.com" for an ** C3 series OLED **. The ** was received on Wednesday, June 12,2024. Damage to the box was evident prior to unpacking. After unpacking noted spider cracks on the screen, An email was sent to woot **************** who responded the following day requesting photos of the damage/defects. Attempts to Power ON the ** were unsuccessful. On Friday, June 13,2024 multiple photos (7) and detail were sent via reply to woot ****************:- **Crack shows the spider cracks. - **PowerON shows failure to power ON (lines flicker on screen for a second and then screen is blank). - **Box shows damage impact on lower left corner of box which matches spider crack locations and where lines flicker for a second on Power ON. We were unimpressed with the shipper as asked to inspect once delivered and they declined. Noted the directions from ** Box shows that 2 people are required to transport. Only 1 person delivered.I have sent followup requests and to date have not received any further response back from ****************.

    My order number is ********. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with Woot.com and Amazon, my package remains missing and I have not received satisfactory support.I seek to locate my package or receive a prompt replacement or refund to avoid further inconvenience and ensure I receive the product I paid for.Summary of Facts:My package was reportedly delivered on June 15th at 9:11 PM to, according to Amazon Logistics.The Whole Foods store at this address closes at 9:00 PM, making the reported delivery time questionable.A Shiftie at Whole Foods, confirmed that he could not locate my package.Efforts to resolve this through Amazon Logistics, Customer Support, **********************, and the Whole Foods store have been unsuccessful.Purpose of My Complaint:I am seeking a resolution for a missing package that I paid for but have not received. This situation requires immediate attention to avoid further inconvenience and ensure it doesn't happen to future customers.Desired Outcome:I want to either locate my package or receive a replacement or refund. Additionally, I am seeking improvements in Woot.com's customer service process to prevent such issues in the future.Expected Response from Woot and Amazon:I believe Woot.com and Amazon aim to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold their reputations by resolving issues swiftly and effectively.Why Quick Resolution is Important:Resolving this issue promptly will benefit me and reinforce Woot.com's reputation for customer care and efficiency.What steps can we take to ensure I receive my order without further delay?Steps Taken:Contacted Amazon **************************** and Amazon Counter Support, none of whom were familiar with Woot.com.Checked with the Whole Foods store where the package was reportedly delivered, but it could not be located.
