            On Tuesday, May 10, 2022, I texted with Kelly, the owner of celebrate it balloons, to arrange for balloons to be delivered to my home address and placed in the front yard between 10 PM and 12 AM on Thursday, May 12, 2022 for my daughter's birthday on May 13, 2022. She sent a invoice to my email, and I immediately paid via *****. On Friday, May 13, 2022, we woke up and no balloons were in our yard. I texted, and she said a breaker had blown in their warehouse, and she hoped to be to my house within the hour. When the time came and went, I later texted for an ETA, and she later texted that she would be there in 40 minutes. She never showed up. Numerous times, I have called the business number, as well as called and texted her cell phone number, and I also have emailed her regarding a refund with no success. I would like a refund of the $340 I paid via *****. I can provide all of the supporting documentation if you all need it.

            WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY UPFRONT AND STAND YOU UP DAY OF EVENT!!! The morning of my gender reveal they notified us they had van issues and would come later, an hour before the event. Once start time was approaching they did not answer texts, calls, or emails. Days later still no response. We went by the listed address which seems to be a residence. The listed owner who was at the residence upon arrival said there was a different owner (not her) who was in the hospital that handled our account. Lie upon lie. They said the money will be refunded in a few days. We will see... If you're reading this, please save your time and energy and find a legit company that will not try to scam you and leave you hanging for a once-in-a-lifetime event.
