On Tuesday, May 10, 2022, I texted with Kelly, the owner of celebrate it balloons, to arrange for balloons to be delivered to my home address and placed in the front yard between 10 PM and 12 AM on Thursday, May 12, 2022 for my daughter's birthday on May 13, 2022. She sent a invoice to my email, and I immediately paid via *****. On Friday, May 13, 2022, we woke up and no balloons were in our yard. I texted, and she said a breaker had blown in their warehouse, and she hoped to be to my house within the hour. When the time came and went, I later texted for an ETA, and she later texted that she would be there in 40 minutes. She never showed up. Numerous times, I have called the business number, as well as called and texted her cell phone number, and I also have emailed her regarding a refund with no success. I would like a refund of the $340 I paid via *****. I can provide all of the supporting documentation if you all need it.
