            BEWARE .. they take no accountability / responsibility when your family pet(s) have been bitten by another dog. It was viewable on the webcams, but of course they didn't see it, and won't pay the vet bill. Definitely don't recommend this resort for either boarding or day care!!

            Your puppy is very very active at a young age and plays rough and has a great time. The scratch that happened on her leg wasn't a bite. She enjoyed her visit's.
            It's sad people react wanting money and go over board at times for little scratches from playing.
            The silly $169 vet bill was unnecessary and city of carrollton animal control that you contacted did everything not to laugh when they stopped by

            ****** is a young very very active pup that loves to play rough pup style. The scratch on her leg was not serious at all. Pups and kids get scratches or skinned knees playing. The city of carrollton animal control that you called stopped by and did everything not to laugh. Only sad issue is when owners go overboard wanting money 💰 and threaten to harm a great business. Open 18 years, webcams in all play areas for owners to watch pups having fun.. funny you didn't see any issues at all. Picked her up and then came back in saying she has a scratch. We always watch the pups and take care of all of them.

            Interesting that this is the first time you told anyone she plays rough, and what you are calling a scratch, her vet called a puncture wound and put her on antibiotics. It is sad that you think a $169 vet bill to keep the dog safe from infection of a puncture wound is silly .. that says a lot about your facility and concern for all the pets that families leave to your care is far from comforting. Since I did not contact the City of Carrollton Animal Control about this incident, not sure why they would laugh at me about a puncture wound.
