Please get me refund at least 50%...their cancellation refund policy is very unfair...Business response

I was made aware of this compliant soon after first notice, previous owner was "suppose" to address. My understanding is a credit had been issued in accordance with policies well documented. However due to the non-response from previous owner I am willing to accommodate customer request as it fell during the transfer of ownership. Apologies for previous owner's lapse in responding. I have left a voice message with the "consumer" and will also be sending an email to address the matter. Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2023/01/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I am still waiting to see a credit. The new owner assured that it will be done by the 7 th January 2023
