Jim's Plumbing Now replaced my entire sewer system last summer and did an excellent job. I had another leak this summer, and it was repaired quickly and professionally. Their 3-year-warranty is excellent. I am very impressed with ***** and his team. He explained everything to me and kept me up to date on the process both times. Great service- starting with the first phone call where I was able to schedule a next-day appointment to repair a burst pipe, to the appointment itself: received a text when my technician ****** was on his way (within the time frame provided); the leak was located and estimate prepared, then work was completed in about an hour and I had the water back on. Very pleased with the promptness, professionalism and quality of work. Additionally, it cost less than a similar leak repair from three years ago. ****** also provided pictures of the work along with the invoice so I could forward copies to my insurance claims agent.

As someone who staffs and consults in Luxury Residences, I occasionally have unreasonably high standards when it comes to vendors and customer service. From start to finish, it was as painless as a painful event can be, no hot water! The person who took the call was very professional and clear, urgent but not rushed. Admittedly, having a same-day appointment may cloud my judgment. Great pre-appointment communication with a photo of the tech. ***** was professional and pleasant. He explained things with clarity, not like some that try to confuse you into more than what you need with technical B.S. Instead of encouraging to the more expensive full replacement, he attempted a fix. When that didnt work, we moved on and they were generous when calculating the final price. Which was as fair as one can hope. The cost of the guy off NextDoor, but the professionalism of the ************.well, in a shiny truck.****** install was cleaner than installs Ive seen in Preston ****** and Highland Park. He corrected a previous poor install and made sure to elevate the new drain pan so that it drained properly (minor carpentry). While I hope I dont have to call them again, at least now I dont have to dread who I get.

*************************** is the most helpful plumber ever, and I am 81 years old. Because of his knowledge, understanding and scope, real options and advice were provided to meet the situation. He is a no nonsense professional who doesnt waste time. I have used probably half dozen or more plumbing companies since moving to ****** but now, because of ********************, have a permanent go vendor: **** Plumbing Now has another permanent customer.
