06/22/22 Tech arrived to preform backflow test on my business as required by city. Tech was here 15 min. Lawton charged our card on file for 2 hours in labor. We called to dispute the charge and never heard back. City never received test results either. Contacted Lawton weeks after test was done when the city threatened to fine is for being late. Lawton tested wrong device as well according to the city. Company will not refund the incorrect test service or even the extra hourly charge even though they failed to preform the required test or even report anything to city for a month after test was done. Lawton showed back up unannounced and preformed a 2nd test and charged our card an additional $97 on 7/22. Test was required by the city to be done by 7/1. Invoice amount $413.53Business response

Punctually Yours, ****** ****** Marketing Manager ******** ******** ******** *************@Benfranklinplumbing.com Direct Line: ************ E-Fax: ************ Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/08/11) */ As soon as we were aware of the issue our Call Center Supervisor and Operations Manager both called ***** **** to work out the problem to customers satisfaction. 6/20/2022 our technician arrived on site, knocked on door and tried to contact the store phone number and number we had on file but no answer. We returned two days later to test backflows. Our company absolutely could have done a better job in communication as the initial call to our company for service was on 6/13/2022 and our technician arrived to the jobsite 7 days later at 10:45 with no advanced notice we would be arriving. Overall we believe this is resolved after speaking with ***** **** the owner. If anything else is needed please contact us directly at XXX-XXX-XXXX.
