      Sirius's tech ******* was out to diagnosis our non-working water heater and did an excellent job finding the problem and offering a solution. Sirius was very professional in a timely response and would be who I would call for any plumbing or AC problems.

      My husband and called this company to come and give a quote on repairing a slab leak. When we made the appointment we were not told that there was a fee to come out to the house and give a quote. When the guy arrived I asked him to give me a quote. He told me he would have to do work to get a estimate for me. I told him that I as not willing to do a slab detection because I knew where the leaks was located that I just wanted a quote. He then came back and told me that there was a $69 dollar charge to come out and give a quote to do the work. We then called the office to tell them that the guy was refusing to leave my property and they did not advise us of this fee when we made the appointment. I also told them that we were not paying the fee because he did not do any work to my house as well as he refused to give us a quote. I would not recommend this company at all they are a HUGE scam.

When Sirius Plumbing & Air Conditioning is scheduled for a service appointment, we offer our expertise and leave all decision making as far as work and what expenses will be incurred to our customers. We are 100% understanding of individual financial concerns with an (oftentimes) unforeseen expense. However, we always communicate that we implement a dispatch fee as a guarantee of a knowledgeable service technician taking time, resources and travel expense to visit and assess the situation- regardless if that results in further service work or not. Our technicians would never place a homeowner in an uncomfortable situation by refusing to leave the premises and we apologize if you felt disrespected by our need to clarify what the obligatory dispatch fee is in place for. If there is anything further we can do for you to alleviate your dissatisfaction with our company, please reach out to us at XXX-XXX-XXXX.
