** December of 2022 I received and agreed to a contract with results roofing. In February of 2023, our job was completed. On March 31, we received a text message with a demand for payment from ******************************* of Results Roofing for an additional ******* I received the request for payment, I did not see an invoice reflecting the total for the roof, neither did it reflect payments received. I requested an itemized statement of the cost of the job minus payments sent that is reflective of our contract amounts. We asked on several occasions for the total amount due so that the amount could be paid in total and therefore we would not be asked, nor charged any additional money. We also requested so that our business can be concluded with a statement to be mailed or emailed to us. ** going back to the contract where we were only to pay 2 payments .The first for ******* and a second for the amount of *******. For a total of *******. The total of ******* was to be given after the depreciation check was received. Also our contract states your company would receive any supplemental checks ( which there was only one). We have at this moment made two payments one for ******* and an additional payment for 2432.00.On a March 30 we were asked and received an invoice for an additional ******* which is not reflected in our contract nor was any additional amount discussed prior to last week. When asked ******* stated to ** we have paid in full. We asked and were told again we had paid the amounts owed according to the contract sent and I signed. We would again like for our business with your company to be concluded in a manner that is consistent with most business practices. We are requesting a full refund of ******* paid not reflected in our contract. As of today and in reading our contact no additional amounts were to be paid by us other the total previously stated. We have complied with our contract and met every demand for payment until this most recent request.
