  I ordered three items that went together. Mini camera, Simcard, probe detector. I received two of the 3 items. Upon review, I contacted the company (via email) and told them what I received is not what I was looking for. It looked extremely cheap and the camera was not with it. I only knew this because I opened the package .. there was nothing on the package to show who it came from. I believe this is how they deceive the customer. About 3-5 days later I received the third package. Neither package was clearly marked so I had to open that one as well to even see what the product was in the package. I finally was able to connect with them and told them I wanted to return, the product was not what I expected. I only opened the outside shipping package. They went back and forth with me asking questions and I answered explaining again that it wasnt what I expected. To be honest it was junk. So over a few days they conversed with me and finally asked if the shipping package was opened. I told them yes, I had to open to see what the product was being sent to me. They responded saying they apologized for the inconvenience but because I opened the shipping package the products could not be returned. I believe this is extremely deceitful since they dont **************** package and the only way to know whats in it is to open it. The total amount was $89 but the deceptive practice is WRONG! I have pictures of the outside of package that will confirm there name was not on the package. How can they not refund a customer for opening a package when the first thing the customer does is open the package to see what was received. I hope you can get the word out about this company. I will make sure that every time I see that company name I will make sure to let everyone know its a scam company. Basically, they are stealing our money and throwing junk in the package. Then you open the package and they state it can no longer be returned.

  I purchased a portable SSD to expand my sons PS4's memory! He needs more memory to download his other games. I went to wrapango site to get one at a discounted price. Which now i know why! They are scammers that sell refurbished cases filled with fake memory sticks. I am looking to sue them for false advertising and for my refund! They must be shut down because they are taking advantage of Americans that are tight on money during these hard times! I expect more than just a formal complaint! I want this company shut down! They need to be banned from the USA. They also need to pay for upsetting my son! Now he cannot play his new games that I bought him! This has ruined his Christmas! I am so upset over this I cannot even type! So I expect help from the BBB! If you ever actually want to help get rid of fake and lying businesses this is the one to do it!
