Purchased the Book of Love ************************************************* Dual Booklet Autograph #'d /11 trading card on October 12, 2023 for $1509.99, I received said order on November 2, 2023 and opened package on November 5, 2023, upon opening I noticed trading card had multiple noticeable glue stains and scuffs, I contacted Leaf Trading Cards customer service right away on November 5, 2023 via their contact us section on their website, to this date they still have no responded, I filed a claim with my cc company Citi and just found out that **** refused to issue a refund.Initial Complaint

On December 20, 2023, I purchased a sealed autographed Football Jersey Box (2023 edition) from Leaf Trading ************ as a gift in the amount of $147. The box clearly states that it contains autographed jerseys from current and retired "players". Upon opening the sealed box, it was a jersey of comedian, "former amateur drug dealer" (his words) and addict, *************************. I was sold something that was clearly not as advertised. I have spent the past three weeks attempting to contact the company via phone (voicemail boxes are completely full), email and messaging through social media. None of the aforementioned forms of correspondence have resulted in a response from Leaf.Customer response

Shorted items on two orders. **************** voicemail constantly full. Multiple emails to customer service and employees inside the company unanswered. Order#***** shorted *************** nextgen card $99.99; shipping email said card should have been in the package, was not. Order#***** shorted 2x *************** continuum cards $99.99 each; shipping email said cards should have been in the package, they werent. Total complaint: $299.97 No emails from business regarding backorders/issues.Initial Complaint

Hi, I placed order #***** on Oct 29th for two cards. I have yet to receive the cards or any tracking info. I've sent multiple emails to customer service, reached out on X, and Instagram, and called and not have received a single response.Customer response

Hi, I recently filed a BBB complaint and chargeback about an order that took over a month to ship with no updates and ignored my calls, and emails and reached out on social media. Today they canceled five of my other orders saying "this is in their system Reason: Customer changed/cancelled order" I never changed or cancelled these orders. This is retaliation by a corrupt company that can't handle business professionally. I want the items I paid for not a refund.Business response

This customer ordered several items and they were all deemed high risk by our website fraud department. We therefore cancelled all of these orders and refunded them. Any orders that come across as high risk are cancelled due to possible credit card theft or misrepresentation.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: If these orders were high risk of fraud why allow so many orders, why not reject the initial order or reach out for verification this is a unacceptable answer and just a typical bs from Leaf to save themselves from actually fulfilling orders and doing any actual work.Initial Complaint

Spent 100 dollars on a box of 2023 Leaf Exotic Baseball. Was supposed to get three metal autographed cards. First the cards have no metal at all and I only received 2 cards in the box. Not only was I shorted one autograph. I believe one of the other two cards to be a fake autograph. Both of the cards that were in the box were in my opinion severely damaged. This was probably due to the cheap top loaders and cheap soft sleeves used. Very disappointed! As a teacher I do not have time or money to waste 100 dollars and get shorted an autograph and have the 2 received as damaged or not authentic.
