            I reached out to a rebel athletic representative that I needed to place another order that I had placed before for one of my athletes. I also told the representative that we have a competition on October 22nd and i need the order before then. The representative told me that shouldn't be a problem so I collected the money from the parent and paid for it. Ever since then I have called and emailed the representative and I still have not gotten any confirmation that the order is on it's way it is 10/13 and I am really concerned that I won't receive it in time. I am extremely frustrated that I am being ignored I have an athlete who really needs her uniform on time. This is not great customer service.

            Poor customer service. I coach for a school and our representative seemed at first to be attentive and listened to our requests (i.e. what we wanted, when we need it by etc). However, it was downhill after that. 1) Very poor communication - the rep was very slow to respond to any of my inquiries and questions via email. I would also leave her a voicemail and I would have to continue to call and email to get her to respond to me. 2) Dropped the ball - rep told me she was going on vacation and I wanted to get our order in before the went on vacation and she told me she would send us an invoice by the next day so that we could turn over a PO to her and she never did. She went on vacation and we lost a week. As a result, our team uniforms are late and we will not have uniforms for our first game. 3) They take your money and run- as soon as they hook you they do not respond and treat you as if you do not matter. Horrible customer service and work ethic this company has. So disappointed. I feel like I let my team and my school down by selecting to work with REBEL athletics.
