I started doing business with Everpraise LLC around the beginning of June 1st 2022. I really needed a newer car from the one I had. They had approved me for 2 cars but I decided to go with the 2015 **** 500. The 1st month of me paying for the car they told me it need to go to the shop for bodywork/repairs. Once I got the car back, About 2-3 months I had started to experience issues with the car and they had me buy a part that was priced around 100 I was told I had a warranty but later found out that was a lie. About 3-4 months later I continued to experience minor issues with the **** and I asked them again about the warranty. I continued to be lied to. My car had eventually shut off on me while i was driving so Everpraised decided to help me by taking my **** back to there lot and lied to me. I was told they will have diagnosed the **** as well as work out a pay arrangement to fix the car. After several weeks of them sitting on my car. I was told to pick up my car or they will tow it out of there lot, repo it and call the police . I was called all kinds of names and Handel by very unprofessional people. I nevered missed a payments and I was honest. unfortunately I couldn't receive a simple honest answer in return . BEWARE OF BAD BUSINESS. MY CALLS/ TEXT WERE NEVER ANSWER. I am, was, and have always been very understanding, patient and honest. After picking up my car for the weeks they had it. My key was ruined as well as a fresh scratch. I asked about what happened and still Everpraise wouldn't give me a simple answer. I would like to be compensated and reimbursed from ever praise LLC. I also want the public to know about ever praise LLC schemes.Business response

Greetings, this is Farnese Anip, the car was sold May 2022. and the lender is Veros Credit. So this contract is not owned by Veros credit. the day the customer ******* came to the office to finalise, he tested the car before finalising. he was not forced into the car. But rather he stated how his last purchased was bad and he had that dealership closed down cause he filed a complain so i guess its His normal thing to come after businesses.
Not withstanding, we told him the terms of the car he accepted into it , i guess because he was desperate at that time with a credit score of about 469.The car car he choiced did not come with extended warranty, but we offer him a one month warranty from our dealership.
When he had the first problem we helped him out to fix it since he said the part was expensive, we part for the part which he was supposed to pay but he said he was coming back but never did. the second time i met him at Heb on bandera 3months later he complained about his car acting up and how the part was expensive. i asked him to call us when ever he is ready and we can help him get discount part. we received and treated him like a brother but he in returned wants us to be responsible for his car after 6 months of purchase. the fuel pump was bad and when we came with a mechanic and diagnose it, he said they could take it check the price of the part and fix it. but when he was told the price he stated don't fix my car and he was not going to pay for it. we had a contract mechanic working on his car for 2 days and had to pay him whether he finished it or not because he had taken out the part and had to resemble the car. he stated that he texted the texted but we are busy and my maintenance team did not see it.
I was forced to talk to lender about him not picking up his car after he said we should not fix it any more because of the delay because the customer had called the lender that he was not going to make his payments because we took the car from him. The lender is aware about this and because they said they could pick up the car for repo, but i said no cause i just needed them to be aware since the customer promised us to file against our business. He wrote on our website against my communication but when he needed help we helped him out. Customer had copy of all documents he had signed on the day of the sale.

I am rejecting this response because: still dishonest about what actually happen. Also did not answer with a solution instead give false information. Did not acknowledge the issues at hand. Check customers attachments. Please .
