On Feb 8th I order a book online and never received the book. I contacted the seller, Black Rose Writing, and they told me they would take care of it. Never did. They got my money and I got nothing. At best, they are lazy, at worst, they are stealing my money. I am not sure which but whatever the case, they have my money and I have nothing. Do not know what to think of this company.Business response

This complaint is inappropriate and a disgusting attack by an individual that doesn't listen or read what they've purchased.
The "book" in question DOES NOT release until May 16, 2024. The book is in preorder, therefore, no reader has received their copy. He preordered a product and will receive it when the book is actually published.

I am rejecting this response because: Ok, I made a mistake and did not know it was a pre order and by the way, I was under the impression that when I ordered it would be shipped and when it was not I sent a very nice reply and all Black **** said was that they would look into it and get back to me - they never did which raised an alarm in me. At that time they could have said, nicely, un like this nasty message they now sent, saying: sorry ******************, you may have over looked the fact this is a pre order and it will be sent at such and such a date. And I would have said, oh, my mistake, I overlooked something. No problem. I am human and make mistakes and to belittle me harshly is not going to go over well. Might as well have called me stupid and I get a feeling they would have said something much nastier in person and probably did so at the office to their co-workers. I am not going to take being attacked like this.Some background, I have been the victim of way too many frauds and scams so pardon me, I do get a bit upset when it appears to be such. Who ever sent this response, I do not accept it and I want the top boss to contact me and apologize for this nasty response. In addition, I do not want any response from this nasty person. I need another more professional person who has a bit more impulse control. Even if they are right about me, (and they are not in my humble opinion) this kind of response is un professional and I never do such a thing when I am at work. A real nice way to treat paying customers.
