On February 9, 2020, I paid a $1500 cash deposit to C&J Auto Repairs (Craig Conwall) to repair my 2010 Dodge Nitro. The total cost of repairs he quoted and we agreed upon was $2644. Mr. Conwall had my vehicle for 2 months. Within that timeframe, he told me he ordered the parts and was making repairs. Unfortunately, Mr. Conwall lied to me. After two months my car was not repaired and nothing was being done by Mr. Conwall to repair my vehicle. I took possession back of my vehicle and requested a refund. Mr. Conwall has refused my phone calls and my request for a refund. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter with Mr. Conwall yet he continues to ignore me. Mr. Conwall is trying to take advantage of the fact that I'm a widow and a senior citizen, assuming that he can just 'take the money and run'. I need BBB to assist me in resolving this matter. This is not how a customer should be treated.
