Teddrick is a con artist in disguise. He was suppose to come in and demo my bathroom and add a new shower/tub combo. First off the first day he came he arrive late and only demoed the bathroom partially before leaving. The next day he came late again finished demo cut open the door and we went to get supplies at his house and we were gone for over 2 hrs. He managed to remove the tub and fix the plumbing for new tub but we spent more time at HD getting the parts he needed and he wanted to blame me bc I didn't know the parts he needed to complete the job and I wasn't going to just buy what I thought he needed and end up having to go to the store again. The next day was a Fri I texted him at 8 am and asked what time he was headed my way and he said that he was headed my way now....he didn't show up till noon!!! Then he proceeded to rush through the job because he said he had to leave a 4:30 he had something to do and that he would be back the following week when he got back from Austin. You were going to leave me without a shower for a week while you go to a "job" in Austin. Now he told me about the job but I assume he would be finished by the time he needed to go bc the initial deal was I was going to do the tiling and paint but he was to fix plumbing, add tub, do drywall and hang new door. Because the tub/shower combo didn't work I would have to go get a tub but he was not wanting to stay to put it in because he had to leave at 4:30. Again he proceeded to blame me bc my truck was down and I couldn't go get the tub at that moment and he was in someone else's car and he was leaving at 4:30. I believe he only took the job to get money for his trip to Austin bc he kept saying he was going to be sleeping in his car till he figure out what the job is about. He gave me a number for one of his "plumber friends" to finish the job but I refused to work with anyone he knows because shady people run together. Good thing is I didn't pay him in full and only out 700.00

Ms. ***** ask me for labor only price. Her truck broke down I had to make changes to my schedule to get the job completed. The project would have been completed if her shower tub combo would have fit down the hall, turned the corner and went in. Then Ms. ***** suggested that I open the exterior wall and come in that way. I refuse because I would have to close that wall back up, it would cost her a lot more & that next day the temperature was going to drop with rain. Very bad idea. This is a case of customer wanting contractor to be a magician for no extra money & do it in 30 mins like HGTV. I offered another license plumber & I was going to pay half his rate but she refused them.

Like I stated yes my truck was down but i had managed to get the things that he would need when I rented a truck even the tub/shower comb. the day before. If you had spent more then 2-3 hours a day on the job we would have know sooner that it didn't fit. Instead you come on late on the last day and leave early and blame me because how was I suppose to know it wouldn't fit at 4 was when we tried to fit it and I would have to call HD to see if there was a truck available to pick up a tub, but he was not wanting to stay past 4:30 because "he had something to do" that he never mentioned until he got there. ******** never offered to pay half for the plumber at all that is the fiat out lie. He only started to call around when we got into an actually argument about him showing up 4 hours after he said he was on the way at 8:05 AM when I text him only to argue that he had something to do. How did he have something to do before my property when you just said you were on the way to me, second lie, There was no rain in the forecast he literally was just trying to leave at 4:30 because whatever he had to do. ******** already knows that I know construction and HGTV is BS I work in the field so strictly ****. As far as the coming through exterior wall I was looking for a solution not excuses because you literally left my house with no way to shower and expected us a family of 4 with only one shower to go a whole week without a functional shower until he came back from Austin. His only thought was to get to where he needed to go. So if this is the way he handles business I could only imagine the company he keeps so no I didn't reach out to his plumber connect because of him. Birds of a feather flock together. Like I stated he is a con artist who throws out that he got contracts with City of Dallas, something happened now you don't work with them. Isn't that ironic. Or this Austin job or the fact his truck was stolen but unfortunately you can't get any reimbursement because it wasn't turned over to you by the dealer saying it was a whole crew that robbed him and I believed it was repo because he shady and wasn't making payments. I will continue to speak on it because the whole 3 days was trash and he didn't do anything but tear up my bathroom and leave everything in disarray for me to find a solution. Like all the reviews I've seen about him I can testify facts on all.
