January 27th placed Order #**** in the amount of $1329.93 for 7 pieces of artwork. I was provided a tracking number for the order 1ZV372R80392944381 which states 1 lb upon only receiving one piece of artwork on February 5th I contacted company again they said wait until Friday 9th to contact them again. Today they informed me that all 7 pieces were shipped under one tracking number and taped together ****** driver informed me to check the 1 lb weight for 7 piecss of wooden framed art and told me it was a scam. I asked for a refund and they immediately stopped answering phone. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and I want an immediate refund of the 6 pieces of art that never arrived and that they refuse to provide actual tracking for boxes. I have attached all of my documentation. The only item I received was $29.99 so I am requesting $1299.94 back immediatelyInitial Complaint

I purchased a piece of artwork from the company. Upon arrival I was not pleased with the quality of the artwork and requested a refund. The company told me that I was responsible for shipping the product back to them, which I did. Upon receiving the product back, I never received my refund on the product. I shipped the item back on 10/28/2022 with ***** Tracking #********************** The item was received by the company.Initial Complaint

I placed an order through ******* with Frame to Wall for a picture. The status for the last 13 days says label created. I have contacted the seller directly, emailed, called and left messages and send texts - NO RESPONSE. This morning I finally reached ******* and they have send a message asking if I will receive my order. I would appreciate it if Frame to Wall can confirm that they are able to fulfill the order, otherwise I will but the painting elsewhere and have it framed myself
